About Me

When I was studying the interactions of subatomic particles in my degree course at Leeds University, I couldn’t possibly foresee the intriguing collisions that would lead me to a career delivering human-centered experiences.

Through hard work coupled with a generous dollop of luck and chutzpah, I’ve been fortunate to have spent the past 15 years delivering experiences of one sort or another, developing a healthy obsession in putting people at the heart of the design process to produce meaningful and compelling customer experiences.

I am a highly motivated individual focused on managing and leading teams to deliver highly creative solutions with a human perspective. I’ve helped brands such as VirginCanonTescoJohn LewisASOSBarclays, Aegon, and the BBC provide better experiences. My passion is delivering a design that not only looks stunning and does the job, but also does it with just a sprinkling of fairy dust to bring a real feeling of delight to the user.
